Terms of use

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and ENA Apps, Izmir, Türkiye ("we"), for using the Twine app and this website. By creating an account you accept them. If you don't, please don't use Twine.

Your account

Your content

What you write and share in Twine is yours. To run Twine we need permission to store it, copy it to the phones of the people you share it with, and show it to them. You give us that permission for as long as the content is in Twine. We don't use your content for anything else, and we don't sell it.

Content you add to a group is shared with that group. If you leave the group or delete your account, what you added stays for the other members, without your name, as described in Delete your account.

Using Twine fairly

Don't use Twine to:

If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@enaapps.com; we're grateful for responsible reports.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and remove content that breaks the law.

The service

We work to keep Twine running and your data safe, but Twine is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Reminders and notifications are delivered on a best-effort basis: don't rely on Twine alone for anything critical, such as medication or legal deadlines.

We may change or stop features. If we ever shut Twine down, we will give you at least 30 days notice so you can export your data.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you could have exported. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Twine and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws where you live.

App stores

If you got Twine from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for Twine or its support, and Apple's standard licence terms also apply. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.
